AdManage.ai alternative: how Adlio compares for Meta-only bulk launches (2026)
AdManage.ai is the multi-platform incumbent: twelve ad channels, automation rules, an AI studio and client preview links, from GBP 199.99 per month for one ad account. Adlio does one of those jobs, bulk launching on Meta, and does not count ad accounts. Pounds against pounds, here is the like-for-like.
The short answer
Adlio is an alternative to AdManage, the ad launcher at admanage.ai, for teams that launch on Meta only. It is priced per person instead of per ad account: GBP 39 a month for one person and GBP 279 for three people with no limit on ad accounts, against GBP 199.99 for AdManage Essential with one ad account. AdManage does far more: twelve ad channels, automation rules, unlimited team members from its In-house plan, and client preview links that need no Meta login. If Meta is your only platform and your client list grows faster than your team, Adlio costs less; if you need the rest, AdManage is the better tool.
How we compared
Everything about AdManage here comes from its website (home page, pricing page, agency page and preview-links page) and its documentation at docs.admanage.ai, checked on 28 September 2026. The per-account add-on prices come from the pricing page's own calculator script; the page shows an "Add more ad accounts" stepper without a unit price. Its entry price was GBP 99 at our first check on 4 September 2026 and GBP 199.99 at our checks on 23 and 28 September. Everything about Adlio comes from the product as it ships today and from our pricing page.
On currency: AdManage shows its prices in pounds sterling only. Adlio charges a real local price per market (GBP in the UK, EUR in the eurozone, USD in the US, all excluding VAT). So the like-for-like below is pounds against pounds. Outside the UK, what you pay AdManage depends on your card's conversion rate.

What AdManage does well
AdManage is the broadest tool in this category, and it says so: a platform, not a utility. From its site: launch to twelve channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, AppLovin, Taboola, ChatGPT Ads, Mintegral), auto-grouping of aspect-ratio variants, an "enhancement lock" so that Advantage+ "stays exactly as you set it", Post ID reuse that keeps likes and comments, partnership, flexible, catalog and lead form ads, cloud import, launches straight from Google Sheets, automation rules, AI credits for images, client preview links, workspaces with role-based permissions, and an MCP connection for Claude and Perplexity. Pricing is a flat fee per tier, "no percentage of your ad spend".
One team, several ad platforms, one login for launching, rules and client previews? That is a real product, and the price reflects the scope.

For agencies and in-house teams
AdManage charges by ad account and, from its In-house plan up, does not count people. Adlio charges by person and does not count ad accounts. Which one is cheaper depends on which of the two you have more of. A worked example in pounds (AdManage publishes no other currency), monthly list prices excluding VAT, checked on 28 September 2026, for a team that shares ten client or brand ad accounts:
| Team, sharing 10 ad accounts | AdManage | Adlio Team |
|---|---|---|
| 3 people | GBP 999.99 (Agency, 10 accounts included), so GBP 333.33 per person | GBP 279 (three included), so GBP 93.00 per person |
| 5 people | GBP 999.99, so GBP 200.00 per person | GBP 279 + 2 × GBP 45 = GBP 369, so GBP 73.80 per person |
| 10 people | GBP 999.99, so GBP 100.00 per person | GBP 279 + 7 × GBP 45 = GBP 594, so GBP 59.40 per person |
In-house at GBP 499.99 plus five extra accounts at about GBP 100 each comes to the same GBP 999.99; Essential does not fit, with two team members. AdManage gets cheaper once you have many people on few accounts. Another worked example: eight people on five accounts cost GBP 499.99 on In-house and GBP 504 on Adlio Team (279 + 5 × 45).
The access model differs as much as the price. AdManage organises a team around workspaces: "Each workspace can have its own Meta authentication token", you "Add team members to specific workspaces with different roles", and clients can get "Analytics-Only Access". For client sign-off it has preview links, "One link. Every ad. No Business Manager login.", and its agency page describes the flow as "Preview, approve, publish". Its home page mockup also shows roles called "Launch Only" and "Edit Only"; its documentation does not describe them, so we do not count on them.
Adlio has no preview link and no approval step. On Adlio Team, members log in with their own email and work through the owner's Facebook connection, so they need no role in the client's business portfolio. They see only the ad accounts you share, and per account you decide whether they may launch; without launch rights they can edit copy, naming and UTM defaults but cannot upload or create ads. Everything anyone launches is paused, so review happens in the client's Ads Manager before someone switches it on, and History shows who launched each batch. If client sign-off is your bottleneck, client approval before launch covers the options, AdManage's included.
An in-house team with one ad account per app, brand or market faces the same arithmetic: AdManage's In-house plan includes five ad accounts, and Adlio does not count them. How Meta's own roles split building from publishing is in Meta ad account roles for agencies; the day-to-day view is on the agency page and the page for in-house teams.
The differences that change your week
1. One job, one price
In the UK, Adlio Solo is GBP 39 per month. AdManage Essential is GBP 199.99, and covers one ad account on one platform. If Meta is the only platform you launch on, the other channels are scope you pay for and never open.
2. Ad accounts are not a pricing axis
Agencies rarely have a fixed number of client accounts. A client leaves, two arrive, a brand splits its account by market. On AdManage that is a plan change at 1, 5 and 10 accounts, or about GBP 100 per extra account. On Adlio, every ad account your Facebook login can reach is on the same plan, with settings saved per account and never shared between them; see managing multiple Facebook ad accounts. A three-person agency with twelve clients pays GBP 279 a month on Adlio Team. On AdManage, twelve accounts is the Agency tier plus two extra accounts: GBP 999.99 + 2 × GBP 100 = GBP 1,199.99.
3. An opt-out you can check
Both tools say they keep Advantage+ enhancements where you set them, and both save that choice per ad account. The difference is what gets sent. Adlio sends an explicit OPT_OUT for all 69 creative_features_spec keys the live Marketing API accepts, plus an empty audio list for music, on every creative it creates, and publishes the key list. The mechanics, and the places the API can not reach, are in how to turn off Advantage+ creative enhancements. AdManage's "enhancement lock" may do exactly the same. It does not publish which keys it sends, so check one ad in Ads Manager before you rely on it.
4. Paused is a constraint, not an option
AdManage's demos show ads landing paused; whether that is its default is not stated. In Adlio it is not a default but the only behaviour: no code path creates an active ad. Your ads wait paused in Ads Manager; you set them live. Why a bulk tool should work this way is in the pre-launch QA checklist.
5. A free tier instead of a guarantee
AdManage has no free tier; you rely on the money-back window, 7 days on Essential. Adlio's first 15 ads are free with no card and no clock, so you test on a real batch at your own pace.
Where AdManage fits you better
- You launch on TikTok, Google, Snapchat or the other channels from one place. Adlio is Meta only.
- Client sign-off is part of your process and you want one preview link per batch that clients open without a Meta login. Adlio has no preview link and no approval step.
- You want many people in the tool with roles per workspace: team members are unlimited from In-house, with analytics-only access for clients.
- You want automation rules, AI image credits or an MCP connection in the same tool.
- You group aspect-ratio variants into one ad, reuse Post IDs to keep social proof, or launch partnership, catalog or lead form ads. Adlio does not do these today.
- You launch from Google Sheets or want native cloud storage imports. Adlio takes a local folder.
- You have many people working on a handful of accounts, where a per-account price beats a per-person one.

Switching
Nothing to migrate. Both tools create ads inside your existing Meta ad account, campaigns and ad sets. Connect Facebook to Adlio, set each account's defaults once (identity, pixel, copy, naming, UTMs, DSA), and launch your next batch. Your first 15 ads are free; see how bulk upload works, pricing and the security page for how your token is handled.
Frequently asked questions
Is Adlio cheaper than AdManage?+
In pounds on 28 September 2026, yes, unless you have many people on few ad accounts. AdManage Essential is GBP 199.99 per month for one ad account, one platform and two team members; In-house is GBP 499.99 for five ad accounts and Agency GBP 999.99 for ten, both with unlimited team members, and each extra ad account adds about GBP 100. Adlio Solo is GBP 39 per month for one person and Adlio Team GBP 279 per month for three people, then GBP 45 per extra person, with no limit on ad accounts, all excluding VAT. Adlio has a free tier of 15 ads with no card and no expiry; AdManage has no free tier but a money-back guarantee of 7 days on Essential and 30 days on the other plans.
What does AdManage do that Adlio does not?+
A lot, listed plainly: launching to TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, AppLovin, Taboola, ChatGPT Ads and Mintegral; auto-grouping aspect-ratio variants; Post ID reuse to keep likes and comments; partnership, flexible, catalog and lead form ads; cloud import from Drive and other storage; launches from Google Sheets; automation rules; AI credits; client preview links; role-based workspace permissions with unlimited team members from the In-house plan; an MCP connection for Claude and Perplexity. If any of those is central to your workflow, AdManage is the better fit.
How do AdManage.ai and Adlio compare for a team?+
They organise access differently. AdManage uses workspaces with role-based permissions, unlimited team members from the In-house plan, analytics-only access for clients, and preview links that let anyone review a batch without a Meta login before you launch it. Adlio has no preview link and no approval step: team members log in with their own email, work through the owner's Facebook connection without a role in the client's business portfolio, see only the ad accounts you share and launch only where you allow it, and every ad lands paused for review in Ads Manager. AdManage charges per ad account, Adlio per person.
Does AdManage create ads paused?+
Its home page shows an assistant creating 12 ads that land "paused, so nothing spends until you switch them on", and one of its automation examples reads "Build and launch them paused", so the option exists. Whether it is the default is not stated on its public pages. In Adlio it is not a setting: every ad is created paused and there is no way to create an active one.
Why should I trust a comparison written by one of the two vendors?+
You should not take it on faith. Every claim about AdManage comes from admanage.ai and its documentation on the date stated, quoted where possible. Where their pages do not say something, we write "not stated" rather than guessing, and we list where they fit you better.
