Data deletion

With Adlio you connect your Facebook/Meta account to bulk-upload ad creatives to Meta Ads Manager. This page explains what we store and how to delete it.

What we store

• Your encrypted Facebook access token, your Facebook user ID and name, and the permissions you granted.
• The Facebook page, Instagram account and Meta Pixel you select for your ads.
• Your ad account defaults (ad copy, naming, UTM, EU advertiser identity).
• A history of uploads (campaign, ad set, creative and ad IDs, media references).
• Your account email address and subscription status.

How to delete your data

1. Disconnect Meta (removes the Facebook token): in Adlio go to Settings → Your account → Disconnect. This deletes your stored Facebook token immediately.
2. Delete your entire account and all data: in Adlio go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently erases your account and every associated record (Meta connection, ad account settings and upload history) via cascade deletion.
3. Remove the app from Facebook: go to Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations and remove “Adlio”. Facebook then notifies us automatically and we delete the data we obtained through Facebook for your account.
4. Email us: send a request to privacy@adlio.ai and we delete your data within 30 days.
