For agencies

Bulk upload Meta ads for a dozen client accounts without mixing them up

An agency does not have one ad account, it has fourteen, each with its own page, pixel, naming convention and legal entity. The risk is not slowness, it is account A's copy landing in account B. Adlio keeps every setting scoped to the ad account it belongs to, and puts every ad in front of you paused before anything spends.

What the week looks like

  • Monday: three clients send a folder of new creatives over Slack, Drive and WeTransfer.
  • Tuesday: the same seven settings get re-entered per client, because Ads Manager remembers the last account you touched, not the account you meant.
  • Wednesday: a junior duplicates last week's ad set and Advantage+ silently comes back on.
  • Thursday: a client asks why the naming in the report does not match the naming in Ads Manager.

What actually goes wrong

Settings leak between accounts

One page, one pixel and one UTM template per client, and one interface that keeps handing you the last one you used. The mistake is invisible until a client sees their competitor's copy.

Seat pricing punishes having a team

Most launch tools charge per seat, so the strategist who checks the batch costs the same as the buyer who builds it. The usual workaround is sharing one login, which destroys the audit trail.

Nothing is reviewable before it spends

Ads Manager launches what you build. A client review step means either building everything paused by hand or explaining an expensive mistake afterwards.

How Adlio handles it

Every setting belongs to one ad account

Identity, pixel, default copy, naming pattern, UTM template and the DSA beneficiary and payer are stored per ad account. Switching accounts switches all of it at once; nothing carries over.

Up to 10 team members, no seat cost

The whole team gets their own login on one subscription. Everyone works in their own name, so you can still see who launched what.

Everything lands paused

A batch arrives in the client's own ad account as paused ads with your naming and your UTMs. You or the client flips them on. Nothing Adlio does can start spending on its own.

The specifics

  • Settings are stored per ad account, so account A can never inherit account B's page, pixel or copy.
  • Up to 10 team members on one subscription, no per-seat charge.
  • Every ad is created paused, always. There is no setting that changes this.
  • An explicit opt-out for all 69 Advantage+ keys on every image, video and carousel ad, plus an empty audio list so Meta adds no music.
  • DSA beneficiary and payer are filled in per ad account, which is what the EU requires and what Ads Manager makes you retype.
  • EUR 29 per month excluding VAT, or USD 39 in the US. The first 15 ads are free, without a card.

Questions agencies ask

Do we need access to the client's ad account, or do they need an Adlio account?+

You connect Facebook once with your own login. Adlio then works with the ad accounts that login already has access to, exactly as Ads Manager does. Your client does not need an Adlio account and does not need to change anything on their side.

Can two of our people work on different clients at the same time?+

Yes. Up to 10 team members share one subscription, each with their own login, and each picks their own active ad account. Settings are scoped to the ad account, not to the person, so two people on two clients never collide.

What happens if a client revokes our access?+

The same thing that happens in Ads Manager: the account disappears from the list. Adlio stores no copy of the client's ads and cannot act on an account your Facebook login can no longer reach.

Can a client approve the batch before it goes live?+

That is the default. Every ad is created paused in the client's own ad account, so they can review it in the interface they already know and switch it on themselves.

Try it on one client account

The first 15 ads are free, without a card and without a trial clock. If it does not fit the way your agency works, you have lost an afternoon, not a budget.
