For freelancers

One person, six brands, and a tool that does not charge you per brand

A freelance media buyer carries the same workload as an agency team and none of the budget. You bill per client but you pay for software once, which rules out anything priced per seat or per ad account. What you need is the launch job done correctly, for every brand you touch, on one flat subscription.

What the day looks like

  • You open Ads Manager, and it is on the account you used last night, not the one you meant.
  • The creative folder for this client uses their naming, which is not the naming the last client wanted.
  • You paste the same primary text for the fourth time, because the copy lives in a doc, not in the tool.
  • You check whether Advantage+ crept back on, because last month it did and nobody noticed for five days.

What actually goes wrong

The wrong account is one click away

Everything in Ads Manager is scoped to whatever account is selected. The interface will happily let you build a beautiful batch in the wrong brand.

Per-account pricing makes growth expensive

Tools that charge per ad account or per seat turn every new client into a cost decision, which is the opposite of what a freelancer wants at the moment of signing one.

Repetition is the whole job

Upload, paste copy, type a name, untick the enhancements, check the UTMs, and then the next one. Forty times. The work is not hard, it is just long, and long is where mistakes live.

How Adlio handles it

Each brand carries its own settings

Pick the ad account and the identity, pixel, default copy, naming and UTM template that belong to that brand come with it. There is no global default that quietly applies to everyone.

One price, every account you have access to

No charge per ad account and no charge per seat. Connect Facebook once and every account that login can reach is available.

A folder becomes a batch

Drop a folder, pick the campaign and ad set, and every file becomes one paused ad with your copy, your naming and your UTMs. Up to five primary texts, headlines and descriptions per ad if you want to vary them.

The specifics

  • No per-account and no per-seat pricing: EUR 29 per month excluding VAT, or USD 39 in the US.
  • The first 15 ads are free, without a card and without a trial clock that expires.
  • Images, video (resumable upload, up to 4 GB) and carousels.
  • Up to 5 primary texts, headlines and descriptions per ad, applied across the batch.
  • Every ad is created paused, so a mistake costs you a correction and not a budget.
  • An explicit opt-out for all 69 Advantage+ keys on every ad, plus an empty audio list.

Questions freelancers ask

Do I pay more when I take on another client?+

No. The subscription is flat and covers every ad account your Facebook login can reach. Adding a client changes nothing about what you pay.

What if a client wants to take the work in house later?+

The ads live in their ad account, built with the Marketing API the same way Ads Manager builds them. There is no Adlio-specific object to unpick and nothing stops working if you stop using Adlio.

Can I keep different copy and naming per brand without re-entering it?+

Yes, that is what the per-account settings are for. Default copy, naming pattern and UTM template are stored against the ad account, so picking the account brings the right ones with it.

Is 15 free ads enough to judge it?+

It is one real batch, which is the point: it is enough to launch a genuine test on a genuine client account and see whether the ads land the way you wanted. There is no clock, so you can use them whenever the next batch comes in.

Launch your next client batch with it

Fifteen ads free, no card, no countdown. Use them on the client you are dreading most.
