At Adlio, we aim to provide a reliable service for bulk-uploading ads into Meta Ads Manager. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided and the process for requesting one.

2. Subscription Services

Adlio operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the following terms:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period

3. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you qualify as a consumer in the EU, statutory consumer protection rules may apply:

  • You may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for a newly purchased subscription
  • For digital services, this right ends once the service has been fully performed with your prior consent; by subscribing and using the Service you agree it begins immediately
  • Most Adlio users subscribe as a business, in which case the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply
  • Statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract remain unaffected by this policy

4. Exceptions - When Refunds May Be Considered

We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: Significant service outages or technical problems that prevented you from using the Service for an extended period
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription or purchase
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If charges were made without your authorization (fraud protection applies)
  • First-Time Subscribers: New subscribers who request a refund within 7 days of their first subscription payment and have not made substantial use of the Service may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Dissatisfaction with the Service where it has functioned substantially as described
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Change of mind after a subscription period has started
  • Subscription periods that have already begun
  • Inability to use the Service due to your own technical issues (internet connection, browser compatibility, etc.)

6. Free Plan

We offer a free plan so new users can test our Service before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all potential customers to fully evaluate the free plan to decide whether our Service meets their needs before purchasing. The free plan is designed to help you make an informed decision, reducing the need for refunds.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email address and the date of the charge
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any relevant screenshots or documentation

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to all features until the subscription expires
  • Automatic renewal will be stopped
  • Your account data and upload history will remain accessible until you delete your account

9. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action to recover funds and associated fees.
