- All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period
3. Credit-Based Usage
For credit-based or pay-per-use features:
- Credits are consumed when you generate images through our AI service
- Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
- Purchased credits are non-refundable once added to your account
- Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
4. Exceptions - When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Issues: Significant service outages or technical problems that prevented you from using the Service for an extended period
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription or purchase
- Unauthorized Transactions: If charges were made without your authorization (fraud protection applies)
- First-Time Subscribers: New subscribers who request a refund within 7 days of their first subscription payment and have not used more than 10 ad generations may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated image quality (as output varies based on input and is inherently subjective)
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Change of mind after purchase
- Credits that have been used or partially used
- Inability to use the Service due to your own technical issues (internet connection, browser compatibility, etc.)
6. Free Trial
We offer a free trial for new users to test our Service before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all potential customers to fully utilize the free trial to evaluate whether our Service meets their needs before making a purchase decision. The free trial is designed to help you make an informed decision, reducing the need for refunds.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action to recover funds and associated fees.
